I'm Dylan Primeau, a Metis artist. Living and working in Saskatchewan and perhaps best known as a tattooist though now I work in large scale acrylic and canvas more than ever.My paintings and designs focus on figures and form, depicting wisdom, connection and balance between mysticism and the natural world. I'm influenced by these elements as well as stories told by my elders and the progenitors of the Woodland style.With shortening attention spans and faster gratification, I want my paintings to serve as a deep meditation on how slow contemplation can reconnect us to a natural state of being.
